These terms apply to the purchase of the 365 Health Tips eBook and the bundled 7-Day Breathing LIVE classes from Happyfying Solutions, Pune, India (“we”, “us”). By completing payment you agree to these terms.

1. The product

You receive a digital PDF (365_health_tips.pdf) for personal use and access to a 7-day breathing LIVE batch that runs once every month. This is not a physical book and not a medical, dietetic, or therapy service.

2. Licence

You may download and use the eBook for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to Telegram / Drive groups, or republish the content.

3. Price and payment

The eBook is priced at ₹730. Visitors arriving with utm_source=facebook may see a time-limited 50% offer (₹365) for 5 minutes. The breathing LIVE programme is valued at ₹999 and is included free with the eBook. Payments are processed by Razorpay. The checkout title is “365 Health Tips eBook”. Your bank or UPI app may display the registered merchant name.

4. Delivery

After successful payment you can download the PDF on the thank-you page. We also email the PDF and the WhatsApp joining link. Email delivery depends on your inbox and spam filters.

5. Health disclaimer

Content is educational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the tips or breathing practices as treatment for disease. If you are pregnant, have a respiratory, cardiac, or other health condition, or take medication, consult a qualified doctor before following any suggestion or joining LIVE classes.

6. LIVE classes

Batch dates are announced by email / WhatsApp. If you miss a month, you may join a later monthly batch. We may change the schedule for instructor or technical reasons.

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Happyfying Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes from using the eBook or attending classes. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
