What we collect

• Name, email, WhatsApp / phone number that you type at checkout
• Payment identifiers from Razorpay (order ID, payment ID, amount, status)
• UTM source (for example facebook) and basic technical logs

We do not store your full card number. Card and UPI data is handled by Razorpay.

Why we use it

• To take payment and confirm your order
• To email the PDF and the WhatsApp joining link (including via Google Sheets / Apps Script automation)
• To support refunds, duplicate-charge checks, and customer queries
• To understand which ads sent you here (UTM)

Who we share with

• Razorpay — payment processing
• Google (Sheets / Gmail via Apps Script) — order list and email delivery
• Cloudflare — hosting this site

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts, tax, and support, typically up to 8 years for financial records, or shorter if the law allows deletion on request.

Cookies

We use session storage for the 5-minute Facebook offer timer. If you arrive from a Meta ad, we also use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (cookies such as _fbp / _fbc) to measure PageView, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase so ads can be optimised. Meta may receive hashed email and phone for matching. You can control ad cookies in your Facebook/Instagram settings.

Children

This product is intended for adults. Do not submit a child’s personal data at checkout.
