Refund Policy

Sold by Happyfying Solutions, Pune. This policy applies to the 365 Health Tips eBook (PDF) and the bundled 7-Day Breathing LIVE classes.

Digital product

The eBook is delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF and again by email. Once the file is delivered, we generally do not offer a refund, because the product cannot be “returned”.

When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same order
• Payment succeeded but you did not receive the PDF or email within 24 hours, and we cannot deliver it after you write to us
• A proven technical failure on our side prevented access

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after we confirm.

When we will not refund

• You downloaded or received the PDF and changed your mind
• You did not like the writing style or did not follow the tips
• You missed a LIVE batch (you can join a later month)
• The Facebook 5-minute offer expired before you paid

How to request

Email prasad@happyfying.com or WhatsApp +91 91566 19919 within 48 hours of payment. Include your name, email used at checkout, Razorpay payment ID, and the issue.

This policy does not affect rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived.
